Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The Jade Waters pool area was definitely a highlight, making it a fun experience for our family. However, we faced a lot of noise disturbances from adjoining rooms, which affected our peace and comfort. The staff was friendly, but we encountered some issues with room conditions that could have been better addressed. Overall, while the hotel has great amenities, the noise issues and outdated rooms were significant drawbacks.
